I'm looking to collect a "suite" of binary standards for performing tests comparing La and Ln lines at a range of beam energies.  So these could be any compounds that contain the first row transition elements (Ti, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, etc.) that have known compositions. I'd be happy to include anyone as a co-author if it's worth writing up.

So for example, these might include Ni/Fe silicides, Co/Mn carbides, borides, oxides, etc., etc.

Does anyone have anything they'd be willing to share?

The only stupid question is the one not asked!
