Image acquisition mode during automated analyses
« on: October 14, 2015, 06:47:51 PM »
Hi John
Currently automated image acquisition uses SE. I would like to get BS images instead. Where can this change be facilitated in Probewin.ini? If the default cannot be changed, how can I get PfEPMA to acquire BS images? I've not had much luck! I've had a look through the manual at the layout of probewin.ini, but cannot see anything obvious.
Cheers,
Malc.

You can select BSE image acquisition from the Imaging dialog.  So just acquire a BSE image manually and then close the Imaging window, and the default signal should be saved for the automated imaging.
