Interpreter Error_PeakSight5.1

Hi Cameca Users,
We have just upgraded to Peaksight 5.1 (64 bits). Everything else is working fine except the "Machine Command Interpreter" . I get the attached error message (application error, 0xc0000142) whenever I try to launch the 'Interpretor'.  Have tried turning firewall off, completely removed/uninstalled anti-virus software, run as admin, changed compatibility options etc, but nothing helps.
Does anyone has a solution?
