Hi,

Is it possible to export the values for the high and low backgrounds separately

The custom NIST output does this. I don't know if any of the others do as well. Last I checked, there was no user-specified checkbox that does the equivalent, so I create two output files (NIST and user-specified) when I require that additional information.

Hi Ben,
When you say "the values", I assume you mean the raw x-ray intensities?

If so, Doug is correct, the only output mode that outputs the raw background intensities is the NIST output format. The Haldor-Topsoe and the John Hanchar output formats do output the interpolated off-peak intensities and the net (P-B) intensities but not the raw intensities. 

Of course the raw off-peak intensities are also output to the log window in DebugMode.
The only stupid question is the one not asked!
