Nice graphs Anette. Do you know if your new probe in Vancouver is similar, or have JEOL made changes/upgrades for the new series?

No, I haven't done a comparison to our new JEOL JXA-iHp200F yet. They made some slight modifications when they changed models and now the max current is 3 mA (instead of 2 mA) and the quoted image resolution is also better. I plan to do the same exercise with the new machine eventually as I always like to have real numbers for my instrument. I will extend it to high current then.

I've got some teaching coming up and I was looking for a nice way to display the relationship between kV, current and beam diameter.
