Hi,
Is it possible to model an embedded hemisphere, looking at mcSimulate3 I see you can do embedded rectangles and embedded spheres.

Yes, it is possible. Using the other embedded objects as a template create a new function which replaces the embedded object with a TruncatedSphere (see buildPartialSphere).
